X-Culture: Group Contribution

Nearing the end of the project, and thankfully everything is still going well. The group has worked well together and everyone has been communicating and contributing throughout. Our proposal is coming together and we are in a good position with a week to go before the final submission.

Overall I am very happy with the communication we have had as a group. That was the one aspect I was concerned about going in since we were combining people from around the globe. Additionally the group has been interested in completing the project throughout. This was a nice surprise and made the project more fun being able to listen to and debate the various member’s opinions and ideas. This project has been a good experience for me personally being able to learn different ways to set up and manage a team with the added challenge of never actually meeting the people I was working with.
