Exceptional Leader in Acquisition and Contract Management: Diane M. Balderson
Florida Tech alumna, Diane M. Balderson, has been named the vice president for contracts and pricing at Northrop Grumman Corporation. She will be overseeing companywide contracts and pricing policy and is responsible for contract risk review.
Before joining Northrop Grumman, Balderson served as the contracting department head for NAVIAR Air Assault and Special Missions and acting deputy directory in the Office of Acquisition Management for the EPA.
Further illustrating what it means to be an exceptional leader, she has earned the Meritorious Executive Presidential Rank Award, Department of Navy Distinguished Civilian Service Award and Department of Navy Superior Civilian Service Award during her service for the U.S. government.
She earned her master’s degree in acquisition and contract management from the Florida Tech’s National Capital Region.
