As womenpreneurs we put so much pressure on ourselves to be the ultimate definition of success. But what does success actually mean?

The definition of success can be different for everyone. Success is what you want it to be. Success isn’t measured for everyone by the size of the paycheck or job title. Are you happy in your profession? Do you work to better yourself? If you love your work, you are successful.
