College of Business Professors’ Paper Named “Best Paper” at ASBBS Conference

Dr. Catherine Cook and Dr. Christian Sonnenberg’s paper, Technology and Online education: Models for Change, was recognized as the “Best Paper” when presented by Dr. Catherine Cook at the 2014 American Society of Business and Behavorial Sciences conference in March 2014.  This paper contends that the various technology changes have advanced online education.  A number of mobile computing and transformative technologies are examined and incorporated into a descriptive study.  The object of the study is to design innovative mobile awareness models seeking to understand technology changes for mobile devices and how they can be used for online learning. The paper will be published in the ASBBS eJournal, which will be uploaded by May 20, 2015.
