X-Culture: Distance is Not an Obstacle

The project has ended. The X-Cculture Project was an excellent experience that I will always remember. I learned a great deal about the company Starbucks and India. I learned different ways of communicating as well as how teams from different countries and cultures can effectively work together. In addition, even though all my teammates were in different time zones we still made communicating with each other possible.

I had excellent teammates from different parts of the world; each of my teammates collaborated and we were all actively participating. We all met the deadlines and ended up with a really high quality and professional report. In conclusion, I found out that distance is not an obstacle for cross cultural teams.
