X-Culture: Starting to Wrap Up

Almost about to finish X- Culture project, it has been great time interacting with people around the world. My team includes seven people from different parts of the world, but two of them did nothing, one of them never replied after 3 or 4 weeks. Over all, it is a great experience; I learned how to be a good team leader, and how to assign the works that make other teammate comfortable. I would like to do this kind of project in future because it has been much better than expected.
