Exceptional Leader in Acquisition and Contract Management: Lisa Salvador

A graduate of the MBA program, Lisa Salvador, has been named the National Director of the 2014-2015 national board of directors for the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance (AFWA). AFWA is a national organization that has dedicated itself to empowering women in the accounting and financial fields since 1938.

Lisa is currently a Subcontract Administrator / Program Analyst at Qualls Corporation in Huntsville, Alabama. Qualls Corporation is a woman owned small business that provides technical services in the areas of engineering analysis, design, testing, and support services to both commercial and Government customers.

Salvador has held numerous positions within AFWA including Chapter President, Treasurer, Director, and chair of various committees, since her induction in 2009. A member of the National Contract Management Association, Lisa has served as President – Elect of the Huntsville Chapter and on the National level as member of the Governance Committee. Salvador is also a member of an association formerly known as the Huntsville Association of Technical Societies and Women in Defense.

Lisa earned her acquisition and contract management degree from Florida Tech Huntsville.
