Focus on the Positive this New Year

As with every New Year, we always start trying to come up with resolutions and plans on how to better ourselves whether is be at home or in the workplace. Ladies, we are often too hard on ourselves. Of course there is always room for improvement, but for once let’s take off the critic hat and ask ourselves, “What value do we bring to the workplace?”
