A Visit from Marilyn C. Link

What a wonderful treat we enjoyed Friday morning!  Marilyn C. Link, Florida Tech Board of Trustees member emeritus, came by to visit with the Library’s Diane Newman, Special Collections Curator, Erin Mahaney, University Archivist, and Kathy Turner, Associate Dean of Libraries.  Florida Tech is home to two facilities named after Link’s late brother, Edwin A. Link, inventor and aviation executive. After touring the new aviation-related graphics in the Library’s Link Multimedia Room, the group visited the nearby Link Building, which features a new ocean-related exhibit.  Years ago, the Library created The Edwin A. and Marion Link Special Collection, providing access to related correspondence, published materials, artifacts, and maps.
