What Makes a Leader?

There has been a ton of chatter lately about “authentic leadership” and what the characteristics of a “true leader” are. We all want to become better, more effective leaders. Perhaps one of the first things you’ll want to do is take a good look inside yourself.

What are your personal character traits (for better or worse!), ethics and values? Know that these are the elements that impact your team and how you lead it. Think about areas you can improve, without losing your authenticity in the process.
