ICCM is happy to award the Institute for Cross Cultural Management International Studies Scholarship to Rana Moukarzel.  The scholarship provided funding for Rana to attend the Erasmus Mundus Work and Organizational Psychology Winter School in Valencia Spain.   The Winter School (WS) is a joint intensive learning unit planned and organized by a consortium of 5 European Universities designed to provide intercultural professional experiences to graduate students.  WS begins with an intense action learning sequence where over 50 students from around the world conducted applied projects through virtual interaction (email, Skype, etc.).  The experience then culminated in a 2 week internship at the Gandía International Center (CIG) in Valencia, Spain where students continue their projects, complete case studies, and present the results of their work. The students will go on to careers in cross cultural management consulting for international businesses.  Rana Moukarzel is a Ph.D. student in the International I/O psychology program at Florida Tech.  Before beginning the Ph.D. program, Rana completed her undergraduate degree at the American University of Beirut (AUB) in Beirut, Lebanon.
