At the Women’s Business Center, we see a lot of small business owners and entrepreneurs that come in looking for help. It makes sense – when you run a small business, sometimes you only have yourself to bounce ideas off of. Knowing that you can’t be excellent at everything, things that are critical to running a business (but may not be your area of expertise) could wind up taking up too much of your precious time – from accounting to marketing, legal and HR issues – it can be hard to balance the workload when you are trying to run a successful business.

Yet, many of us are too proud to ask for help, or we may feel that asking for help makes us appear “weak” in some way. Well, it’s simply not true. The smartest business leaders in the world know that asking for help is the way to truly succeed. Our IGNITE 360 program was designed specifically with savvy business owners in mind – providing support from the startup level to companies that are well into their multi-million dollar success and yet still need support to maintain their momentum.

This week, one of our IGNITE facilitators – Ms. Susan Mazza – talks about the importance of asking for help and how doing so can try take you and your business to the next level. CLICK HERE to read more.
