Taking on a new work role can seem all consuming. Being dedicated to your work is a good thing, as it is a reflection of your commitment and solid work ethic. Yet, a healthy work-life balance is crucial to a healthy organization. Of course there will be some 12-hour days, but this should not be the norm. Ingredients of happiness and success include organization, patience, a great support team and dependable resources.
