Interviewing for Introverts

While interviewing is a can be a scary moment for anyone, there is an additional unease for an introvert.

Eva Rykrsmith of The Spark has written a great blog post for introverts, called Interview Tips for Introverts. She discusses some of the problems that introverts may face during an interview and how they differ from an extrovert. She also shares some ideas on how to turn weaknesses into advantages. A few of her tips may also work for extroverts as well.
