Learning From Others

It’s not always easy to work in a team environment. I know that many of us feel it would just be easier to tackle a project on our own sometimes versus dealing with a team made up of varying opinions and frames of reference. However, each collaboration provides a unique opportunity to learn something new – and to make your project or initiative better.

As adults, we understand that it’s ok to disagree, but as the years go by, we also learn that multiple brains are better than one. As business owners and executives, we have to learn to drop out egos at the door and open our minds to other opinions.
