The Importance of Organizational Climate

As we all know, the environment of a workplace is critical to the general mood of your employees. Having a pleasant working environment is the simple part, how to get it is hard work. This is what we call organizational climate.

Just like measuring the weather climate, you are measuring the climate of your organization. What is your organizational climate and how do you improve yours to increase the morale, overall happiness and employee retention of your workplace environment?
