Preparing for Growth
With a flood of recent news of companies moving to Brevard, we must prepare for growth. Sometimes change is hard to adapt to. You will always have members of a community that are excited for change and growth and some that will be opposed.
It is important to approach change with an open mind, especially when it comes to expanding the local workforce. Today’s labor pool is changing with the millennial generation and it’s critical that we adapt to those changes, embrace new workforce cultures and mentor the next generation to ensure they succeed.
