Just Because We Are Women, Doesn’t Mean We Are the Underdogs

While much progress has been made, women are still often perceived as the underdogs of the workplace in relation to rank and compensation. Part of this is due to the continued attention paid to the topic through media reports and published books by thought leaders!

When you go in for a high-level interview, always have confidence that you are a front runner because of your expertise. If you are a business owner competing for new customers, don’t sell yourself short. Be confident – always believe in yourself!
